Do I have to commit to a subscription?

No. All packages are one-time purchases. You order what you need, when you need it. We also offer monthly retainer plans for brands that need ongoing content — contact us for details.

What's included in the price?

Every package includes the selected number of images, one revision round, and delivery within 48 to 72 hours. You receive high-resolution files ready for web, social media, print, and advertising.

What does "With AI Model" mean exactly?

Your product is presented on one of our AI-generated virtual models, worn, held, or styled in a setting that fits your brand. No model booking, no scheduling, no agency fees. Same product accuracy, but with the visual impact of a campaign shoot.

Can I mix Standard and AI Model images in one order?

If you choose a Standard plan, you can add individual AI Model images for an additional fee per image. If you choose an AI Model plan, you can also request standard images without a model for specific products, just toggle the option in the order form.

What if I need more than 20 images?

Contact us for custom pricing. We offer volume discounts for larger orders and can tailor a package to your exact needs.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay, excluding applicable VAT. The only additional costs are optional: Express Delivery and extra images beyond your package.

What is Express Delivery?

For an additional flat fee, we prioritize your order and deliver within 12 to 24 hours instead of the standard 48 to 72 hours.

How do revisions work?

One revision round is included with every order. After you receive your images, send us consolidated feedback and we will regenerate any images that do not meet your expectations. Additional revision rounds are available for a flat fee per round.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds after delivery, as every order involves dedicated production time. Instead, we include a revision round to make sure you are fully satisfied. If there is a quality concern, we will work with you until it is right.

What currency can I pay in?

We accept payments in EUR and USD. You can switch between currencies on the pricing page. All prices are displayed excluding VAT.

Is VAT included in the prices?

No. All prices are listed excluding VAT. Applicable VAT will be calculated at checkout based on your location. B2B customers within the EU with a valid VAT ID will not be charged VAT (Reverse Charge).
